Three doubles in friendly home

Hello!

We are looking for three housemates to join our Haringey home.

Available to move in from 6th April.

All rooms are generously furnished (double beds, desks, storage).

Room 1 located on the upper floor of the house facing the garden. The price of the room is £535 not including bills (usually about £75-95 p month, split between the house). It is a smaller room but is light and has everything you need!

Room 2 is on the ground floor facing the street and is bigger (£640 ex. bills) and v generously furnished!

Room 3 is located on the ground floor facing the garden and is in between the two other in size (£585 ex. bills).

All rooms have a deposit of £650.

The House:
We have a bright living room which we all watch TV together and a spacious well equipped kitchen. In total there are two showers and two toilets so waiting for either is rarely an issue. There is a Garden (has Tulips!) which we look after and we will occasionally have BBQs.

Down the road we have a tesco express and with a big sainsburys within 10 minute walk and a lidl which is a 'lidl' bit more. We are just off Green Lanes and on the haringey ladder which has plenty of things to do like decent restaurants, pubs and bars. We've all enjoyed exploring the areas restaurants and bars together :)

Our closest tube stations are Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly) which is about 10- 15 minutes walk, Manor House (Piccadilly) is 15mins away and Finsbury Park (Piccadilly/Victoria) which is 20-25 minutes and Green lanes has numerous bus stops.

About your future housemates:

Cilla (28) who works with energy policy in the civil service, and enjoys most sociable and active things (but is also fond of just chilling in front of the TV).

Phoebe (26) who is a teacher and loves swimming in the lido, watching any and all tv, cooking and any socialising in the house or at the pub.

As housemates we are friendly, chilled and clean and we often go out and do things together so ideally we are looking for someone to fit in with that, not someone just looking for a room. However we all understand the importance of space.
