Lovely House in Stanhope Gardens

We have a room coming up in our lovely house share as I am moving in with my partner. Arranging viewings between the 5th-8th of September.

The house is very spacious with large kitchen, separate living room and garden. There is a separate bathroom and toilet and a loft space which we use for storage. There is also a shelter for bikes in the back garden. We love the house and try to keep it as clean and tidy as possible so that everyone can enjoy the space. A cleaner is included in the rent and comes very two weeks but we all do our bit in between.

The room is a good size, room for a double bed with enough space left over for working/workouts, sofa etc. It’s a bright and airy room with 3 windows & the biggest in the house.

You’d be living with three wonderful women in their late twenties/ early 30s. Everyone is very friendly and easy going. It’s very much a home, rather than just a house share. Everyone respects each other’s space and schedules but equally enjoy the odd meal, drink or gossip together when we can! So if you’re a warm, easy going and tidy person then you will fit right in!

Rent is £740 per month and the deposit is one month’s rent. Bills are about £90 per month for council tax, water, gas and electric, internet and tv. We rent from a private landlord who lives nearby and is very friendly and responsive to any issues we have had.
