Cozy home- close to Piccadilly Line

Hello! Our names are Jo, Kaia, Maisie and Robbie and we are looking for a fifth housemate to join us in our house near Turnpike Lane station (<5 min walk).

The room is a spacious double and is furnished, with a double bed, storage shelves, bedside table.

The house is 4-bedroom terrace comprising of living space, kitchen, bathroom, big rear garden and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Depending on your situation the room is large enough to set up a station to work from home.

About us
Jo is a musician and is out most days in sessions.

Kaia is an actor and will be out touring the country during the week.

Maisie is a midwife working crazy shift patterns.

Robbie is an accountant, working a hybrid of office/from home.

We are definitely not a party house, we would love someone to join the house who’ll keep the homely vibes (keep the house tidy). We love to cook together and hang in the evenings.

Bills are £78pm.

Based on our past experience on Spareroom we expect to hear from a lot of people so won’t be able to respond to everyone unfortunately.
