Our place is a large, spacious and sociable communal living set up, with 10 rooms, 2 bathrooms, large open plan kitchen, living room and stage/music area. It's a converted office block, meaning shedloads of natural light, plus all the mod cons of central heating, double glazing, internet. water/gas etc etc.. all of which is included in your rent.

We are a friendly and a productive bunch, professions ranging across the board. The place can feel very productive and inspiring with people making stuff, music or art or just hanging out. It can feel very warm, social and cosy with regular house meals on our huge banquet table. It can be peaceful and quiet and tidy, get your green fix on our plant filled living room and bathrooms, PLUS: a collective sense of community; meaning everyone chips in to keep the place functional and tidy with each other in mind.

The place would suit a musician or artist as the rooms are set up for this, both in the room (studio) and our stage in our communal space. We have regular jam sessions and art jams. However we are open to sl anyone who fits the vibe, whatever profession.

We are not a full blown party house but do hold planned events at a few points throughout the year. The place is part of the Harringay Warehouse Community.

We have a cleaner who comes once a week.
