Cheap One Month Sublet In A Warm Community Home

The Room:
- Medium-sized double room available from the 2nd May- 2nd of June

- Rent is £650 for the whole period including council tax, water/gas/electricity, internet.

This is an amazing, warm, kind and bright home! We operate as a community and some of us have been living together for almost 3 years. The room is located on the brightly lit, south facing first floor.
We are four cis women (a mix of queer and straight). Nardine Egyptian-Australian, Hanna from Hungary, Andrea from Romania, and Patricia from Brazil - all in our early and late thirties.

We invite people who want to make a house a home even for a little while. We would especially be keen to hear from folks as we are working towards creating a safe and resting space for those of us who are constantly faced with assumptions about who we are because of our cultural, racial, sexual and/or ethnic backgrounds. We would also love to live with someone who likes to cook, enjoys sharing meals and conversations and is motivated to make the world a better place. · Medium size kitchen with lots of light
· 1 bathroom with shower/toilet and additional toilet both on the first floor
· Really great, back garden with a summer house
· Good heating + hot water (snug in winter – not damp)
· Less than 10 min walk to Green Lanes overground, 17 min walk to Manor House Underground, 5 mins walk to buses from green lanes.
· Bike rack in the front and in the garden
· A decent and responsive landlord.
Accessibility:
There is one small step and one larger step to the entrance of the house.
There are 15 stairsteps to the bathroom/toilet and the toilet.
There is no phone entry system.
There are no visual/hearing impairment adaptations in the house
Tenancy Agreement
We are tenants who have been in living in the house for over three years. People on UC, in receipt of benefits are welcome. <3
