Hi everyone! We have a lovely one-bed spacious room with an en-suite in our 3 bed maisonette flat in Harringay as our flatmate is sadly moving out soon, details and pics below!

🏠 About the room 🏠

- available from April 12th
- Large double room on the upper floor of the maisonette, with your own bathroom next door (shower, toilet, sink, etc).
- The room is furnished with a double bed and wardrobes (LOTS of storage!) and has a Juliet Balcony (oooooo)
- The communal kitchen and living area, other two bedrooms and other bathroom are on the lower floor of the flat, so the top floor is all yours!
- The flat is in a converted house on a nice quiet residential road. We are the 1st and 2nd floor, with a ground floor flat below. They are a friendly group of young professionals also in their 20s.

- The flat is well-connected with a 10 minute walk to Turnpike Lane Station (Zone 3, Piccadilly Line), and is about 30 minutes from Central London. There are lots of good bus routes nearby with a bus stop at the end of the road. It is a 5 minute tube/20 minute bus ride to Finsbury Park, which has the Victoria Line and national rail. We are also a 15 minute walk away from the overground, Harringay Green Lanes.

- There’s a big Sainsbury’s, Aldi and a gym just a 15 minute walk (or a short bus ride) away. Wood Green is also a 15 minute walk away which has lots of highstreet shops (VERY good Primark!!!).

- There are plenty of bars and restuarants nearby, with the local being less than ten minutes away.

🕺🏻 About us 🕺🏻

- Hi! We are two 23 year old young professionals working as a civil servant and book designer looking for a friendly, tidy and trustworthy new flatmate to fill the room! We met on here only 6 months ago, so are also relatively new-ish to London, so are on the lookout for a new friend, not just a housemate!
- We love a wine and film night, pub trips and the occasional night out.
- We are a social, relaxed flat, and of course respect personal space.
- We both work hybrid, so are looking for someone on the same schedule.

🚨What we’re looking for (have you got the X-factor??)🚨

- We’re looking for a fellow female young professional also in her early twenties.
- Our landlord requires your income to be over £30k.
- Professionals preferred, no freelancers, no pets – sorry!

💵 How much 💵

- Rent is £950 a month, and bills are £135 a month (everything included).
- Deposit is £930.
- You must be able to pay the deposit before the move in date, and the first month’s rent before the 12th of April. We will discuss the further details when we meet you!
- The tenancy runs out on the 6th of September 2024, but there is an option to extend/renew if we choose to.
- We need someone confirmed by the 25th March 2024 at the latest. This is to give enough time to sign contracts, etc over the easter period.
