My flatmate is sadly moving out in May, so I have one double room available in a gorgeous new build.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and bedside table. The only thing you might want to purchase is a chest of drawers.

There are two bathrooms in the flat, and as mine is ensuite the main bathroom is essentially yours alone to use - and the floor is heated.

The flat comes with washer dryer, dishwasher and plenty of storage. It's also south facing so we get PLENTY of sunshine!

We're on the 9th floor and have a balcony with stunning views of Alexandra Palace and beyond - private firework show included!

There's a concierge, a nice sized gym included and swimming pool coming in the future, along with a brewery nearby and Wood Green high street not far. Both Turnpike Lane and Wood Green tube stations are a 10 minute walk away.

I've really enjoyed living with the previous flatmate, so would love someone easy to get along with that also enjoys their own company too. Professionals preferred as I work from home, but hybrid is fine too. I'm into gaming, movies and spoiling myself with a takeaway. An aspiring plant-mum, so if you've got any tips that'd be great! I'm also a night owl so would be more suited to someone with a similar vibe.
