Small Double available in Green Lanes

Hi!

We’re looking for a new housemate to join us in our small but cosy flat in Harringay.

ROOM:

Small Double which comes with the double bed, mattress and cupboard unit (installed). There’s not enough space in the room for a desk so more suited to someone who doesn’t work from home.

LOCATION:

Well connected with regular bus routes. Harringay Green Lanes overground is a 2 minute walk and Manor House/Turnpike Lane are approx 10-15 mins.

Lots of supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a stones throw away making it a really convenient place to live.

10 min walk to Finsbury Park (actual park) and approx 25 min walk to get to Clissold.

FLATMATES

You’d be living with Jordan (an associate producer) and Liv (paralegal). In the week Jordan works nights and uses the daytime to catch up on z’s whilst Liv mainly works from home. Basically we keep a low profile in the week and need someone who is happy to do the same. We’re two friendly, laid back twenty-somethings who want someone like-minded to join us.

Rent is £750 per month
Bills are approx £100
Deposit is £900

Bonus points if you have some nice plants and a decent hoover - both of which are leaving with the current tenant 😭

Going to do viewings next week as we need someone in for mid/end-May (exact date TBC).
