We have a vacancy for a single person and would prefer another male to balance out the house

Included - Double bed, large wall bookcase, full height cupboard and desk.
Due to the smaller size of the room, there is hanging space in a "walk-in-wardrobe" that is shared with one other person

Move in date would be after 10th May.

Monthly rent is £670pcm, including all bills

The house itself is on a residential street on the Harrigay ladder. Downstairs is the living room, 1 bedroom, downstairs loo, kitchen and dining room leading out to the garden. Upstairs are the 3 other bedrooms (inc. this one) main bathroom, and the walk-in wardrobe. There is a small basement for some storage also.

There are 3 others in the house (2 girls 1 guy - hence ideally seeking a single male) - sadly we aren't accepting pets or couples. But you're more than welcome to have partners, friends, gatherings at any point

We work across entertainment, healthcare and the arts so our schedules are mixed, with some office days or working from home so welcome to professionals as an inclusive LGBTQIA+ household

The house works well if you want to do your own thing, yet hang out or go to gigs, events together, occasional house dinners and movie nights etc yet have ample separate private rooms.

You are able to apply for a parking permit if needed, which one of us also does and there is always space outside.

We are also very well connected to public transport
5-minute walk to Harringay main line
3-5 minute walk down to the bus stops on Green Lanes
10-minute walk to Harringay Green Lanes overground
15-20 minute walk to both Manor House or Turnpike Lane tube stations (Piccadilly Line)
and 20-25 minute walk to Finsbury Park

All along Green Lanes are local cafes, off-licenses and amenities. And about a 10-minute walk from a large Sainsburys, Aldi, Homebase, Gym, etc.

We're aiming to fill this room ASAP so with this we will only reply to what we would consider a potential housemate, and our ideal is for Saturday viewings due to our current schedules
