Beautiful room, amazing flat (2 month sublet)

Hello!

Come live in my cozy room and amazing room and enjoy the London summer!

The room is a lovely sunny double in a 4 bed terrace and it will be available for two months over the Summer. The sublet will be for July & August, but I will be gone a bit before (from 21 of June) and after (until September 8) so there is some flexibility !

We're ideally looking for postgrad/PhD students who are interested in renting for the whole two month period (July, August). We also have another room that is free for three months (June, July, August).

You'll be living in a chill household consisting of students (one masters, two PhD candidates). The vibe is usually oriented around sharing the kitchen as we cook, chatting over meals, and occasionally going out for a pint or doing sport together. Since we're all students, we also have plenty of heads-down time at our desks too!

The house is vegetarian with one vegan. Veggies preferred but not required! There's space in the back to put a bike if you have one.

The photos of the room show it how it currently is, but we'll make space for your stuff (likely one clothes rack, the chest of drawers, and space for ~2 suitcases under the bed).

The rent is 675 without bills, and bills come to around 70 GBP per month.
