LGBT+ friendly Haringey Houseshare with big garden

Hello, we are Anna (28), Dan (26) and Julia (27), three friends with a room going free from May 27th onwards in our house share in North London. The move in-date is flexible though if someone wants to move in earlier!

We love this house, but sadly our beloved fourth housemate is moving out. Anna is a journalist, Dan is a press officer and Julia is a Research Lab Manager. We are all open-minded, easy going and sociable. We are hoping to find an LGBT+ friendly housemate, ideally someone else who also works from home sometimes as we like the company!

THE LOCATION: The house is on La Rose Lane, near Green Lanes in Harringay. We're just off Wood Green Road, which is a really nice street with a Tesco, Sainsbury's, coffee shops and restaurants, and about 20 minutes walk from Finsbury Park. Turnpike Lane station is 15 mins walk West and Seven Sisters is 15 mins East, plus all the main bus routes in the area basically run straight down our road to central London and East London (Dalston etc).

BILLS: the rent for the room is £784 including wifi, and the bills are £61 Council Tax and £49 gas and electric.

Our tenancy officially ends in March 2025, but we have renewed it on an annual basis for the last two years, so hopefully this will remain flexible for anyone who wants to stay longer.
