The house is chill, quiet and really well located, the price is low because the house is getting renovated early next year and all tenants will have to move. Harringay Green Lanes (and with Turnpike Lane just next door) we are well connected to central London and have a great selection of shops in the area.
There is 1x downstairs room (with its own bathroom which is essentially the downstairs occupants) and an upstairs room. Both with new mattresses, beds and a built in wardrobes. Both rooms get really nice lighting and have been kept clean and tidy (new mattresses were given to both 6 months ago).
Please ensure you are working full-time, can provide a passport, 2x references and 3 months worth of payslips.
