THE ROOM
We have a single room available in a modern, recently built, homely flat near Manor House station.
The new housemate will share one bathroom / shower with one other housemate. The room comes fully furnished with ample wardrobe space and drawers, plus a 3/4 length bed.
COSTS
Rent is £620 pcm + Bills split between 3 (typically average around £100-£120 per person each month)
Deposit of £710 payable to the Landlady.
THE AREA
- Finsbury Park is only 10 mins walk away which is ideal for the summer!
- There are great transport links with Green Lanes (Overground) less than 10 mins walk, and Manor House / Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly Line) 15 mins walk. Finsbury Park station (Victoria Line) is around 10-15 mins away via bus
- There are lots of great restaurants and pubs / bars on nearby Green Lanes, plus Tesco is less than 5 mins walk away. There is also a nearby retail park which has lots of useful shops
