Looking for a young professional (female preferred) to take over my room in a friendly flat in Harringay. I’m only moving out because I’ve just bought my own place! 🏡

👭 Flatmates
You’ll be living with two lovely flatmates:
• Joely (24) – a paralegal who loves exploring London and discovering new restaurants
• Justine (27) – a teacher who enjoys theatre trips and salsa dancing 💃

🔧 The landlord is quick to respond when needed and sends a maintenance person if anything needs fixing.

💸 Bills
Bills aren’t included but usually come to around £100–£120 per month per person.

The room is available from 4th April, though I can be slightly flexible for the right person.
