3months sublet Haringey from May (inc. bills)

Hi there,

I’m subletting my massive and bright double room in the hart of Harringay Ladder.
( partially furnished with bed, mattress, big wardrobe - I can also leave my desk visible on the pictures)
The room will be available from the 1st or 2nd of May.

I’m subletting my room as I’m moving out to the seaside. There is 3 months minimum with the possibility to rent it long term if it works for everyone. ( you’ll have to go through the reference process with our letting agency then)

I’m looking for a professional female preferably in their 30s to match the vibe of the house.

The housemates are all professionals working Monday-Friday, the house is quiet and friendly. You will share the bathroom with Emily and Giulia ( Giulia is in the house only few days per month ).

The space.

There are a total of 5 rooms in the house with 3 bathrooms in total and 3 toilets. Living room, a fitted kitchen, 2 refrigerators and a conservatory that connects kitchen and garden. We also have a garden that is home to an apple, fig and pear tree and a space to host people.

About the area: The area has fantastic transport links with a mix of independent and supermarket shops within 5 minutes of the house. There is also an Arena shopping centre located about 7 minutes away.

Tube: 10-15 mins walk to Manor House ( 3 bus stops)
Overground: 5 mins walk to Harringay Green Lanes
