Double room in lovely spacious home! Turnpike Lane

We’re looking for someone to join our lovely houseshare just at the top of Green Lanes! We're only a 5-minute walk from Turnpike Lane station (Piccadilly Line), making it super easy to get into central London and everything else you could possibly need can all be found in close walking distance.

The room will be available from the beginning of March/9th March. But there is some flexibility.

The house itself is really spacious, with a big kitchen where enjoy the occasional house mealhouse, a cute garden that’s perfect for enjoying a bit of sunshine, and a cosy lounge for a good series binge (Traitors anyone?). We’re also lucky to have a proper local in The Salisbury – just a delightful 5 mins away!

The room itself is on the first floor, part-furnished. Rent is £762 per month, plus bills which come to around £130 in the winter and a bit less in the summer. We also have a cleaner for the communal spaces every two weeks, which works out at £20 per person per month – but all pitch in to keep things tidy in between.

You’d be living with two friendly professionals and one lovely post-grad student in our late 20s – Elodie, David and Greg. We’re often out and about, but we really enjoy hanging out when we’re all in – whether it’s cooking, watching something together, or just chatting over a glass of wine in the kitchen. Between us, we’re into everything from film, painting and woodwork to rugby, reading and yoga! Elodie has also made it her mission to befriend the neighbourhood cats (featured), who are now very welcome regular garden guests!

Everyone is welcome in our home - it is a (LGBTQ+ friendly space) and we would love to find someone who’s up for being part of the household.
