We have a bright double room available featuring a lovely pre-war mantlepiece, with an attached single room, perfect for an office or walk in wardrobe.

We are looking for someone who is clean (and is willing to join the cleaning rota) and fairly sociable as you will be living with three housemates.

Shared spaces include: kitchen, bathroom, toilet and balcony (with plans to get some outside furniture when the sun comes back out!)

The flat has a bus stop right outside which can take you to the stations. Alternatively you can walk 10 mins to manor house station or 15 mins to seven sisters station and Harringay green lanes station. There are multiple supermarkets and gyms around the stations with a smaller tesco a 5 min walk away.

The rent is £750 a month bills not included
