Bright double room at the back of the house with lots of storage. It's quiet and south-facing (gets sun through the day!) with a view of the garden. Room comes partly furnished with bed and mattress, shelves and built-in wardrobe.

Large communal kitchen fully equipped with induction hob, oven, washing machine, two fridges and a dishwasher. Cosy lounge space with two sofas, bookcase and fireplace.
Leafy, paved, south-facing garden with seating, perfect for summer sunbathing.

Utilities and council tax (band D) are separate, coming to approximately £150 a month in total.

The bustling Harringay Green Lanes is a five-minute walk away with a wide variety of independent shops and restaurants, as well as Harringay Arena Shopping Park where you can find big Sainsbury’s, Aldi, and the local Gym Group.

There’s plenty of green space and parks nearby, including Finsbury Park and Woodberry Wetlands, as well as loads of smaller hidden gems like Chestnuts Park, Downhills Park and Railway Fields.

We are three professionals, M31, F31 & F27, working in media, higher education and arts industries. We are all hybrid workers, so split our time working from home and the office. We enjoy socialising with one another, watching movies, cooking meals together and going to the pub. Equally, we enjoy downtime in our own spaces. We’re looking for somebody friendly and open-minded who enjoys the same.
