2.5 month sublet - beautiful attic room

Looking for someone to join us for a couple months in N15!
 
Our friend is moving abroad and subletting her room for 2.5 months (mid April-early July). Her room is a big loft room with a ton of natural light and some lovely houseplants. The house has lots of communal space so we're looking for someone who appreciates chilled shared space and is up for a laugh! We have fairly busy work and social lives but are a pretty social house - we like to cook together (veggie) and always up for a pint at our local. We also have a neighbourhood cat who hangs out here daily!
 
We are queer-friendly, really into the arts, music, dancing and mainly having fun.

💸RENT: £805 pcm. Bills tend to be about £150 pcm. Deposit £300.
 
🏡ROOM: The room is furnished with a double bed, lots of inbuilt wardrobes, chest of drawers, desk etc.
 
📍LOCATION: We're right between two parks (Chestnuts & Downhills/Lordship Rec) and we're a 20 min walk from Finsbury Park. Also within 5 mins walk there's a great local coffee shop (Perkyns), a crepe stall, cocktail bars - and our favourite local KK's is just at the end of the road. We're near Green Lanes with loads of great Turkish restaurants and The Post Bar in Tottenham for live music.
 
🚇TRANSPORT: We're equidistant between Seven Sisters (Victoria Line, Overground) and Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly Line), both a 15-min walk away.
 
No couples, pets, smokers.
