Rent: £900 (all bills included comes to £1040 a month with wifi and toilet roll subscription!).

Flatmates: Rosie (29, Pilates instructor & actor) and Aisling (29, play writer). They are both warm, easygoing and lovely to live with! Looking for someone similar 💛 . They socialise as a flat sometimes (love a good chat in the kitchen) but also do their own thing as are both quite busy.

Transport links: 5 mins walk to Harringay Green Lanes (Overground), 10-15 mins walk to Manor House Station (Piccadilly Line) and a bus stop right in front of the flat! Also have Finsbury Park nearby.

Area: Green Lanes has loads of cafes, restaurants and shops to offer. There’s also a retail park nearby (10 min walk) with a big Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Poundland etc.!

The room is part-furnished (double wardrobe and table - happy to sell the bed and chest of drawers for a good price!). It gets lots of natural light 🌤️ and the open plan kitchen/living room is fully furnished.
