Then a sizeable kitchen diner with a big kitchen table, 2 more sofas & a lovely patio door to a cosy garden area, great for BBQs in the summer.
We are all super sociable, love a little pub trip or a cosy evening in watching a film, occasional house meals, open to more pub quiz trips too..
Happy to do the occasional session & have a fun but sensible house party once in a while. But generally very clean, tidy & always open to chat.
