I’m moving out of our 4 bed 2 bathroom house (with a garden!) to move home and go travelling. I’m looking to fill my spot with a friendly, warm, fun individual who wants to also spend time with their flatmates.

The current flatmates all work and have known each other for a few years. They’re very clean and enjoy making house dinners and trips to the pub. They’re all creative and work in the creative industry.

The room is a double, facing the garden and includes a bed, desk, wardrobe and dresser. There is a bathroom on the top and bottom floor as well. We have a shared living room and a shared kitchen. We rent from an agency just on the high street and can boast that they’re very quick to sort things and very communicative.

I want to let this room to someone who aligns with my current housemates. You’ll have to be friendly and up for shared meals and possible trips out. Though we enjoy sharing, you’ll of course do your own thing and have a reliable job. This is prefect for someone looking to move and grow, learn about a new place and make some friends.

We’re situated north on Finsbury Park with Manor House (Piccadilly Line) as our nearest station. We’re also on the overground (Green Lanes) and the Victoria is very easy to change onto (Seven Sisters and Finsbury Park). Stoke Newington is a 40 min walk away or a quick bus journey.
