Hello,
I’m subletting my room from 24th March until 26th April.
Rent is 950 bills included; we don’t have WiFi though both myself and my housemate just hotspot from our phones.
Room is a large double with en-suite. Most of my stuff will be in the room but I will remove my clothes so you have space for your stuff.
You’ll be living with a female, early 30’s who is a nurse so she’s out of the house during the day.
Looking for someone who is respectful and tidy. Space will be made for you in the fridge and cupboards but feel free to use my spices etc.
