We’re looking for a new housemate to join our home! You’d be living with three girls in our late 20s / early 30s and a cat 🐈‍⬛

The house

We live in a 3-storey Victorian house between Harringay / Green Lanes and Seven Sisters. It’s spacious place with:

* huuuuge bathroom with shower and bath
* 4 bedrooms
* cosy living room
* kitchen
* Big garden (great in the summer) 🌿 and shed
* A few parks nearby (one at the end of our road pretty much)

The room is on the top floor and pretty tucked away from ground floor. The sloped ceiling is also perfect for projector 📽️

Location

Everything you need is close by. Sainsbury’s, Tesco and a corner shop are all within walking distance. There’s also a great coffee shop and wine bar around the corner (Perkyns) and The Salisbury pub nearby 🍻

Transport

The house is in a great spot for transport links. 10 - 15 minutes’ walk from; Seven Sisters station Turnpike Lane station Harringay Green Lanes station.

There are also buses at either end of the road (67 to Dalston, 341 to Waterloo) and also night buses.

Requirements

• Working professionals preferred• No couples
• No pets (because of the cat)

Landlord is super friendly and reliable, they ask for:

3 x payslips from the last 3 months to prove a steady income from the same employer 

A copy of your most recent tenancy agreement 

A reference from your most recent landlord (the one listed on your most recent tenancy agreement.)
