Long Term Tenancy in North London!

Hey all! We're looking for someone to take over my large en-suite room on its own floor in Harringay in mid-May (could be earlier if needed) on a new contract. It's semi-furnished with LOADS of storage (I can send more details if you're interested) so it's a great place for anyone who works from home a lot and wants to make somewhere home. I've been here for three years and love the flat and area.

You'll be sharing with one flatmate, Vanessa, who is FAB! She is 26 and works in the NHS. I’m a very clean person and enjoy having a calm, comfortable home environment. I like to socialise but also respect when people need their own space after a long day at work. On weekends I’m often out seeing friends, travelling, or occasionally hosting small gatherings at the house like Friendsmas or Gamesnight.

Transport: 5 minute walk to Turnpike Lane station

Permit parking if needed for around £80 a year.

Rent: £1000 pm

Bills: ~£200pm
