I’m moving out of my cosy room in Harringay as I’m moving in with my boyfriend, and I’m looking for someone to take over my spot in this lovely house share.

You’ll be living with two wonderful housemates - El (27) from Cardiff and Emma (26) from Surrey. Emma is moving in from April as our current flatmate Maire is moving to Liverpool for work.

It's been such a nice home to be part of and we are so sad to leave El as she has genuinely become like a sister having lived with her for the past year.

• Bills typically around £80-100 per month (WiFi, electricity, gas, council tax, water)

Availability
The room is available from mid-April, and ideally I’m looking to fill it by 30 April.
I’ve genuinely loved living here and will be sad to leave - it’s a really great home.
