Lovely sunny Harringay/Finsbury Park room

The bedroom

I’m moving closer to work so am looking for someone to fill my room in this gorgeous sunny flat!

Move in date: 2 May
 
Location: the flat is on a peaceful street street 5 mins walk from Harringay station. From here you have Finsbury Park/Highbury Islington 5 min train journey so very well connected. Bus to Finsbury Park directly out the front. You can also walk to Finsbury Park and Manor House station/bus stops in 15 mins. Many cute cafes, pubs, wine bars walking distance and Sainsburys, Tesco, Lidl, M&S all 15 min walk.
 
The flat: the room is small but cosy and cute, with the best view in the house directly onto our gorgeous garden. Lots of natural light and so peaceful to hear the birds chirping with no street noise at all. The garden is a dream in summer and we’ve had many BBQs and outdoor dinners. The flat is a good size with a large living room with desk if you WFH with big doors looking onto our balcony and garden. The kitchen gets beautiful light and is a good size and fully equipped with everything you’d need. We also have a big storage cupboard for suitcases etc and another storage cupboard right outside this bedroom for your use. You can park your bike inside the locked entrance room so very secure.
 
The vibe: You’ll be living with 2 lovely girls in their mid-late 20s (25 & 28) One works in graphic design and works fully from the office and the other is in the charity sector and is hybrid but mostly from home. It’s a pretty chill house, so wouldn’t be ideal if you’re after a party house. Everyone is super into the gym, runs, film, live music etc. Love an occasional house dinner but we’re all pretty busy and often out and about!
 
About you: Looking for someone in their mid 20s to early 30s to keep to balance, we’re on a rolling lease but would prefer someone ideally long term
