Friendly home near parks and pubs 🌱

Hello potential new housemate! I’m sadly moving out of our lovely spacious home to my own place. The house is relaxed and everyone’s friendly so would like to find someone for the house that’s the same :).

I’ve been in London for 6 years and it’s genuinely been my favourite place to live - always someone to have a chat with if you fancy it and big enough that you can always have your own space if you fancy it x

We’re a 15 minute walk away from Seven Sisters station (Victoria Line) and a 10 minute walk from Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly), with two bus stops pretty much at our doorstep.

The house is very spacious, with a large kitchen area where we enjoy occasional dinner parties, a lovely garden that's perfect for gatherings in the summer and sunbathing, and a big cosy living room to watch stuff in. We're also lucky to have two gorgeous parks on either side of us and we’re nestled in-between West Green Road and Green Lanes, so plenty of great pubs and restaurants around.

The room is on the first floor, unfurnished, with rent coming to £795 per month, and bills are usually around £105. The move in date is April 21st.

You’d be living with three friendly housemates in their late 20s, who enjoy being in the house and nattering away, but also spend time out and about doing all sorts of random stuff - Taran spends lots of time seeing friends and going to events, he is also our resident interior decorator and loves getting bits to make the house homely, Lottie is usually climbing or crafting, Amy has just moved in and also does creative stuff as well as ice hockey.

We love the house and the area and have spent some time recently sprucing it up a bit and will be doing more over the next few months to free it from the landlord white and grey, and get it ready for the summer (garden party????)! We all pitch in to keep the place tidy and make it cozy and want someone who wants to do the same, make a house a home and all that jazz.
