Large Room in North London (Turnpike Lane) in May

After 3 years, I am moving out of my flat and room that I have cherished dearly so, hoping someone gets the same experience.

My housemate (Becky, 25, who I found through this page actually) and Izzy (23) are looking for a new flatmate in our lovely 3 bedroom flat in Turnpike Lane Area (North London). My room is the biggest one in the flat and part furnished and open to selling some of my furniture at very reasonable price.

Practical details:

💷 Monthly Rent only: £720 (likely to increase slightly in Sep when contract is renewed; however, they didn’t increase it last time so fingers crossed)

🧾All bills (per month)-Between £100 to £150 (water, gas, council tax, and internet)

📍Location: 10 mins walk from Turnpike lane station and great accessibility to buses

🏠 House layout: 3 bedrooms, one bath, one toilet (separate from bathroom)

🔐 Move in date- 12th May (flexible for earlier date)

🛒 5 mins walk to Tesco and Sainsbury local. 15 mins to a big lidl and Sainsbury

Who we are looking for:

✅A full time professional (the collective salary of the house needs to be 90k)

✅Neat & tidy in the communal spaces

✅Enjoys socializing but also respects boundaries

A little more about the girls:

Becky works in finance (marketing) and Izzi works in films and series. Becky loves running, so if you are an active person, you will have a running partner. Izzi can have very busy schedule due to the nature of her work but is easy going.
