Two rooms availbale in Warehouse N41FF

Hello,
Looking for TWO housemate to join our warm, cosy, queer little warehouse unit in the Arena community (N4), in the Manor House area between Seven Sisters and Manor House stations.
The rooms are very cute, one with a mezzanine bed and wooden floors. As it’s a warehouse, they have internal windows only, but the shared spaces have lots of natural light, and we also have a sweet little garden. There’s a big communal area with space to work from home too.
It’s a calm, homely house, we like having friends over for dinner and low-key hangs. Not a party house, but the warehouse scene is right on the doorstep, and we enjoy the occasional techno night out, among other things.
Available from 12th April for both short- and long-term stays. Rent is around £850 a month, including bills.

Accessibility

1/2 step in the entrance, 1/2 internal step to the kitchen, 3 internal steps to the living room, 1 step to the bathroom which has tile floors, 1 internal step into the garden. Unfortunately, no visual/hearing impairment adaptations or phone entry system.
