Looking to expand your social circle while living in a lively part of North London? If you’re a fan of great food (especially Turkish cuisine), this room to rent in Haringey Green Lanes could be perfect for you.

I’m moving out of our 4 bed 2 bathroom house (with a garden!). I’m looking to fill my spot with a friendly, warm, fun individual who wants to also spend time with their housemates.

The current housemates all work full-time and have known each other for a few years. They’re very clean and enjoy making house dinners and trips to the pub. They’re all creative and work in the creative industries.

The room is a double, facing the garden and includes a bed, desk, wardrobe and dresser. There is a bathroom on the top with a bath/shower and also a bottom floor bathroom with a shower. We have a shared living room and a shared kitchen. We rent from an agency on green lanes and can boast that they’re very quick to sort maintenance and communicative.

This room would be ideal for someone who aligns with the current housemates. You’ll have to be friendly and up for shared meals and possible trips out. Though we enjoy sharing, you’ll of course do your own thing and have a reliable job. This is perfect for someone looking to move and grow, learn about a new place and make some friends.

We’re situated north of Finsbury Park, on the Piccadilly Line and are equally between Manor House station and Turnpike Lane station (both approx 15 mins walk). The Suffragette Overground (Harringay Green Lanes) is also only 10 min walk away and the Victoria line is very easy to change onto (Seven Sisters and Finsbury Park). Stoke Newington is a 40 min walk away or a quick bus journey.
We have great access to multiple bus routes and a large Aldi & Sainsbury’s 10 mins walk away.

Bills are included in the price (£875 per month) and we are council tax band D.
