Looking for a new housemate to join our home in Harringay near Finsbury Park!

We like a clean, tidy space and also value a warm and relaxed vibe at home. We’re hoping to find someone who is open to the occasional pub trip, movie night and kitchen chit chat.

Each room is on its own floor, which is great for privacy. You’d have the top room, with a double ensuite, wooden floors, and a built-in wardrobe. It comes furnished with a bed and mattress.

The shared living room is bright, airy, perfect for hosting or just relaxing. It’s got big windows, an original fireplace, two sofas and a dining table. We’re very open to friends coming over for dinners or wine nights! There’s also plenty of flexibility to bring your own touch to the space if you’ve got decor you love.

The kitchen is compact but modern and easy to keep clean. It’s fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and large built-in fridge/freezer.

About Us 👯‍♀️
You’ll be living with Shereen (30) (me) – American, works in marketing, easy going and sociable, have lived here for 2 years so far! Big fan of good food, Netflix marathons, reading, and tennis! I love a balance between going out for drinks and chilled nights in.

Caitlin (28) - moved from Sydney, Australia a year ago. I’m a primary school teacher, living in the flat for the last 6 months. I love reality tv, reading, going for coffee walks and catching up over a pint. Always keen to make new friends and excited for a new roommate!

The Area 🌿
We’re 5 mins from Harringay Station (quick trains to Finsbury Park/Old Street), 11 mins to Green Lanes Overground, and 14 mins to the Piccadilly Line at Turnpike Lane – so getting around is super easy. We’re also a 10 minute walk from Finsbury Park which is great for sunny days!
