Bright room in lovely house - Harringay ladder

We are looking for a clean and friendly roommate to join our home! The house is quite large, has a garden and balcony and is only a minute away from Green Lanes (and yet still quiet!).

I will be leaving the house end of May (moving abroad) so we're looking for someone to join on the lease.

You'd be living with five amazing roommates who are all working full-time in humanitarian, charity/refugee support, cybersecurity, film sectors. We love watching shows, do some outings together (movie, theatre, pub, work out etc) and hang out in general!

We're prioritising female-identifying and queer folks

A few details:
- bills are not included (council tax, wifi, water, energy come to approx £110/month)
- there is a bike storage in the garden
- we're looking for someone to move in end of may/early june but you'd be officially on the least only from june 29th
- the landlord only accepts young professionals - you'll need to submit financial details and/or have a UK-based guarantor
- We are looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful who will be happy to do their part on the weekly cleaning rota
