i’m moving out of my room in finsbury park - which means my lovely housemates will need a new roommate! the girls are all lovely (i’m only leaving to move in with my partner) and the house has a huge garden and good transport links via the overground, piccadilly, and victoria lines. boring info below -

🍀 rent £800 pcm (paid on the 20th) with bills normally coming to under £100 a month

🍀 looking to be moved out by the end of april, but happy to work according to your schedule!

🍀 sharing with three other girls - ciara (DJ), kaytlin (nurse) and jamie (cleaner + nanny)

🍀 house has two bathrooms, a garden (!!!) and a living room with a TV

🍀 our landlords are very chill when it comes to painting, so you’re free to change up the room however you see fit

🍀 15 minutes walk from manor house station, 20 minutes walk from finsbury park and seven sisters stations

🍀 very chill house - we all get on well and love an occasional girl dinner, but are also more than happy to let people have their own space
