Cosy Room for Sublet in Harringay

Small double room in Harringay near green lanes available for sublet for females preferred from ~6th of May to ~17th

Hey girlies! I’m going away for about 6 weeks to hike the Camino de Santiago and am looking for a someone to sublet my room while I’m away! The room with be furnished with the essentials and the house is fully furnished ready for your move in!

The room:
Small double room with west facing window- has small hanging wardrobe with shelves, desk and small drawers all of which you’ll have access to. Gets lovely afternoon light and has a few plants to brighten the small space (which I would love if you could keep alive for me!)

The house:
5 bedroom house on suburban street, safe area with many schools around. Connected to the tube with turnpike lane (15 min walk) and manor house (20 min walk) and overground at green lanes (10min walk). The house has a shared kitchen, dining and a separate living room as well as a large garden - currently overgrown but still lovely to sit outside amongst the wildflowers. Two bathrooms, one upstairs one downstairs.

The housemates:
Jo, Marcie, Souhaila and Gaby- 4 young female professionals 24-30yo living and working very different schedules so not usually an issue with showering, cooking etc! Love to have a chat and a rose and an occasional card or board game when we’re all around!

You!
A young female professional ideally not WFH (the room is quite small), clean and interested in being part of the family while you’re here!

Essentials: 150£ per week so 900£ total for 6 weeks, all bills included, and 450£ security deposit to cover for any issues/ breakages which you’ll get back as soon as I’m back and everything’s in order!
