House of dreams

Hey guys,

Moving in with my partner so having to leave one of my favourite properties I’ve ever lived in.

You’ll be sharing with two of my pals, Lisa (29) a creative born in Japan and partially raised in the UK. She loves to go to gigs, DJ and make banging food.

Rob (35) is a graphic designer working in architecture, loves staying fit and chatting. He eats a lot of omelettes and has the best laugh ever. Outdoorsman by nature.

Both are social souls, but like to have their own downtime in the house, especially evenings. Looking for someone similar to fit the chill vibe.

The area is great, v close to Finsbury Park and Woodberry downs reservoir. Lots of shops nearby with the unbeatable combo of a Aldi and Sainsbury’s 1 minute away from each other. Lots of public transport options nearby too.

The room itself is a good size and also has inbuilt storage (not pictured).

Move in is slightly flexible as we only need to give 3 weeks notice, but I’m due to vacate by the end of May. Please only reach out if you’re looking to move in around the time.

Bills not included, but work out between 75-100 pcm on top of rent. Council tax band D.

Please write about yourself in the ad as we’re wanting a good fit for the house in my replacement. We’ll do a little video call intro and can then go on to the house viewing thereafter.
