Sadly, our housemate Sophie is leaving to pursue other horizons, and so we are looking for our next housemate.

The room:
- rent £810
- Bills ~£90-130
- Deposit £810
- Move in 1st of June

The house:
- 3 floors huge Victorian house in quiet residential street.
- 3 bathrooms, one on each floor. Yours is not shared with anyone, almost an ensuite!
- Garden, living room, huge kitchen, dryer and very reliable landlord.
- Weekly cleaner
- 15min walk from Seven Sisters (Victoria line), Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly line) or Haringey Green Lane (Overground)
- Everything you may need within a 20min walk radius. Wood Green high street for branded stores, Green Lanes for food and drinks, Manor House retail park for large stores, Finsbury Park for people watching.

How we live:
- Together. There is no expectation and tolerance is mandatory.
- We care. We give our home loads of attention.
- We participate. We all bring something to the table, however niche, useless or practical it may be.
- We spread. The house is huge. You are not confined to your bedroom. Add, modify, drill, extend as much as you want - as long as it’s in good taste!
- We share. Bills and commodities are communal, we know each others habits and we share accordingly. The responsibility sits with those that are good at it, we have no hierarchy.
- We display. The current obsessions displayed around the house: Board games, figurines (anime’s), analogue AV (consoles, DVDs), arts and crafts, cocktail and plants.

Who you are:
- Ideal profile: 30+ male professional. Open to any gender, a male identifying person would make it balanced.
- You’ll have to disclose your incomes and back it up before being selected. This is new to us. The recent changes in tenancy laws mean we have to trust that you’ll be able to afford living with us.
- You have experience leaving with others. It is 6 of us, no house share rookies please.
- That means you are at peace with 6 ways of doing things.
- Also means you understand the importance of cleanliness.
- You communicate confidently. We are a honest and comfortable bunch, don’t make it weird.
