Two lovely rooms for rent in five bedroom house on the Harringay ladder. 15 min walk to Manor House tube station and 5 mins to the overground with lots of shops/cafes/bars nearby. Friendly chilled out house sharing with three lovely gals 26-29 looking for something similar. House has two bathrooms, two showers, living room with TV and private garden with barbecue. Rooms come furnished and also sharing with a super cute labrador named Winston so liking dogs is a must. Move in would be late May/early June.

Room 1 is at the front of the house on the ground floor, loads of space, really bright and has a desk and chair also. Rent for this room is £875.

Room 2 is also ground floor and faces on to the garden, slightly smaller but has enough room for a small desk/chair. Rent for this room is £800.

Bills are at a fixed price of approx £70 (which means unlimited heating!) plus council tax. Deposit tbc with new regulations so we'll fill you in!
