We are currently looking for a new flatmate :)

The room is available from the 1st of November.

Bright and sweet room with a double bed, clothing rack and drawers. The rent is £420 and the bills £115.

We are :
Giulia - Works at British Museum (Italian)
Jordan - Primary school teacher (British)
Cristina - Master degree on war studies (Greek)

We try to make this house as homely as possible and enjoy socialising with each other during the week and sometimes at weekends although all respectful of each other’s space and keep things relaxed during the week. We enjoy watching movies together and having BBQs as often as possible and try to make use of the garden (weather permitting).

The property has been recently redecorated and refurbished and has a large open plan kitchen - dining - living space with access to a terrace.

The area is full of great pubs (Jam in a Jar - The Salisbury), Turkish restaurants (some of them award-winning, so you won't be in short supply of amazing food!), many cafes and independents along the main road, perfect for Sunday morning breakfasts, curing of hangovers or doing some work!
Down the road, at Manor House, we have the Castle, an indoor climbing centre that receives more annual visits than any other climbing centre in the U. K. AND it's in a castle!
Towards Wood Green, there is a shopping mall with Homebase, TK Max, Superdrug, Sports direct etc.
Hop on the bus to Finsbury Park and you'll find bowling, cinema and more great places to eat.
