The room normal in the market for 750 But for the next 3 months just 630-650 you won't find a deal like it!!!

We have a great flat, that we have build  a nice flat together(unfurtunally my flatmate has to go back to thier country due famiy reason) , and i would like to have a new professional flatmates that want to live in a peaceful, relax flat.

Flatmate its   just me at the moment.

Bathroom s& showers so hygienic. VERY SPACIOUS.

There is a fully fitted kitchen equipped with gas hob and oven, microwave, allocated cupboard space (a range of eye and base storage unit) and a washing machine and a brand new extra fridge in case we need it and even a small bar with 3 nice chairs to have this quick coffee.

It is in a quiet and safe environment with neighbors who are friendly and respect each other. The transport is just amazing, Manor House Station just 7 min away connected with the Piccadilly Line which takes you in 8min to Kingscross. Harringey Green Lane Overground Station just 1 min away. Buses running 24 hour to Central, East, Liverpool, London Bridge, and Angel.

the Flat is base in a great location,  is just awesome with many Shops, 24/7 Off License just opposite, Restaurants, Bank, Pharmacy, Gym, Shopping Center with Tkmaxx, Fitness First, Subway, Mac Donald's, Sport Direct, Hair dressers, so actually you don't need to leave the area at all! ;) Even have a massive Sainsburys store 24/7, 5 minutes away with everyday good deals, the location couldn't be better! :)

Myself Vlad a young professional guy 37 from Latam, am a very easygoing person, respectful, hardworking which love to feel at home. I work as financial broker/trader from home (for now) and i do travel quiet often,.

Sociable dinner from time to time more than welcome and a cheers up from time to time. BY THE WAY The area is plenty of nice places to go for a nice dinner or a glass of wine, and the best for little money....
