Hi there!

We're a sociable flat share in Harringay, just off Green Lanes, looking to fill a room in the house. It's available immediately and the rent has been paid for October.

PLEASE NOTE: we’re looking for someone to fill the contract until the end of January, so short lets only.

The current tenants are all young professionals. We've got our own friendship groups but we love hanging out in the living room or having a natter in the kitchen.

ABOUT THE ROOM:

The room is on the top floor with a view overlooking the neighbourhood gardens. Comes furnished with drawers, cupboard, side table and a double bed. There is room for a desk.

The room is on a tenancy which will end at the end of January so we are looking for people who can say until at least then. There is potential to extend the tenancies - many people who have lived in this house have lived here happily for years. The landlord is very quick to fix any problems.

About the house: We've got a kitchen, a large living room, access to the downstairs garden, a balcony overlooking the garden, one toilet/bathroom and a small toilet on the top floor. Bills normally come to about £60/£70 a month (some are quarterly rather than monthly).

About the area: This is a fantastic area in terms of local amenities. 3 minute walk away is Harringay train station (zone 3), Harringay Green Lanes overground (zone 3) is 5 minutes away and Manor House tube (zone 2) is about 10 minute walk away. This is as well as the local buses, which run regularly via Finsbury Park, Stoke Newington, Angel and Shoreditch from Green Lanes. There's a great 24 hour Turkish supermarket on the corner of the street as well as a big Sainsburys in the retail park down the road. Some good local pubs and bars on the street too as well as some fantastic Turkish restaurants.

About you: Ideally you'll be a young professional too who's up for a chat in the kitchen from time to time!
