The room is within a large Victorian Property, situated on Haydons Rd in Wimbledon. It’s a short walk (15 min) or bus (6 min) into Wimbledon town centre where you will find an array of restaurants, bars and retail shops and the Wimbledon mainland rail station.

The room is perfect for a young professional, it’s a good-sized double bedroom measuring 3m by 2.8m, on the first floor, away from all of the common spaces. See bed 3 on the floor plan pic.

The house is a four-bedroom house, typical Victorian style property with 2 bathrooms.

At the back of the garden, there is a small outhouse, which is a 1 bed studio flat, with its own bathroom.

The garden is perfect for soaking up the afternoon sun, having a BBQ or socialising with friends.

Tenancy is a standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. We ideally would sign on a 12-month contract, with a 6-month break clause.

Estimated Bills: £125 PCM

£75 Paid to the landlord covers Council Tax, Broadband (500MB) and a cleaner every two weeks for 3 hrs).
Gas and Electric are covered by the tanants, costing around £45 pcm.
