Looking for new tenant in Wimbledon area ☀️

Hi, I am looking to move out of my room around the Wimbledon area:

• Rent £700 a month + bills.
• Would be replacing me on a joint tenancy, and it would be a monthly rolling contract.
• I am currently living with two other flatmates, and so there are three bedrooms in total + kitchen + lounge + bathroom.
• One of the flatmates has their own en-suite, so bathroom would be shared with only one other.
• Nearby to a small Sainsbury’s. There is also a bus stop right outside & the closest tube would probably be Collier’s Wood or Wimbledon (15/20 min walk or bus).
