Double Room

We're 3 fabulous professionals looking for a 4th as one of the girls is moving out. We all work very hard and are looking for someone to compliment that dynamic. We're looking for someone who is committed to making a house a home, treat each other with respect, enjoys socialising but also happy in their own company. We all muck in with cleaning and redecorating.

The room is a spacious double with a double wardrobe, drawers, bed and newly replaced windows. 1 shared bathroom with 2 girls - because of this, we will only be considering female or an LGBTQ+ male indentifying tenants (the current male housemate is in the loft conversion with en suite bathroom). Large kitchen, shared living and dining room with an extra toilet downstairs. 15 min walk to the Broadway/South Western railway/ District line/ trams, 15 min walk to Northern line and 5 min walk to Thames Link

Bills for council tax, gas/electric, wifi come in at approx £130pcm max. per person but we all do our bit to try to keep this as low as possible.

This is a drug free house but wine and G&Ts are encouraged!
