Own private bathroom (with a bath and separate shower), and shared use of the other facilities in this large home including kitchen, living room and garden. There is good Wifi available. The house is large and well maintained, and very well located for easy access into central London - an easy walk to Hendon and Brent Cross tube stations (Northern Line).

This is a Homeshare opportunity which is available for someone who is happy to provide around 10 hours a week of practical support and companionship to an older Homeowner, in return for the low-cost accommodation (£199 per month) in this very nice home. No personal care is permitted.

What the Opportunity involves:

Our Homeowner is an engaging, happy and kind gentleman in his mid-80s. He is still working as an accountant, currently from home, and he leads an active and independent life, and has a positive attitude. He keeps himself busy during the day and is quite self-sufficient, and he has a large and caring family who are in touch regularly, and prepare meals for him, and a lovely community of friends and neighbours nearby.

Having sadly been widowed a few years ago, our Homeowner doesn’t enjoy being alone at home, and he would like the reassurance that someone else is in the home at night.

This opportunity will suit a male Sharer who will also be happy to help him a little round the house, heat up some meals, make some sandwiches, and be around sometimes in the evenings or on the weekend for a bit of company and practical help.

This is a kosher home so a non-meat eater is preferred.

The cost to you is £199 per month. This is a monthly facilitation fee for our service. You do NOT pay rent to the Homeowner. There may be a small contribution towards bills. Linen is provided.
