Two Single Rooms with Ensuite & Kitchen

We have two single bedrooms available on the third floor of our home in Hendon, each with its own private ensuite bathroom. Tenants will also have access to a private living space on the same floor, separate from the rest of the house, which includes a fridge and a mini kitchen area with a cooker.

This setup provides a comfortable and semi-independent space, ideal for students or working females looking for a quiet place to live.

The house is conveniently located an 8-minute drive from Hendon Central and an 8-minute drive from Mill Hill Broadway, with easy access to public transport, shops, and local amenities.

House rules and preferences:
• Females only
• Students welcome
• No smoking
• No drinking
• No additional pets (we already have a pet cat in the home)

The rooms are on the third floor of a family home. We are a family of three living on the lower floors, while tenants have their own space upstairs.

We are looking for clean, respectful tenants who will appreciate a peaceful household. Tenants are also free to furnish the space as they please.
