Sunny double room in Hendon Central

Hi, I’m Ana, (30) and I’m looking for someone to fill the other room in my flat, as my flatmate is moving with her partner.

The flat is situated on top of Hendon Central station, so proximity to the tube is literally 10 seconds. The available room is a double (on the other side of the station, so you won’t hear the trains) and comes unfurnished (a few bits of furniture could be made available by the current tenant, just point it out during viewing).

There’s an extra single room that can be used as needed (office/workout room/storage). The room was previously used an office, see the layout in the photos, but it’s currently used for storage and laundry as both of us have a desk in our rooms ☺️

I work in marketing (3 days in the office, 2 from home) and I’m looking for someone who I can get along with - I enjoy the occasional glass or two of wine in the evenings, but I like to also have my personal time. I’m pretty tidy (but not obsessive), so I’d like someone who can take care of the flat.

I love exercising - I have a bench and weights/barbell and don’t mind sharing them.

I’ve been living in this flat for about 9 years and haven’t had any issues so far. Landlords are easy to contact and quick to do any repairs if needed.

My current flatmate will start moving her things the week before move in date, so your personal items can be brought in earlier if needed.
