Cozy double room available from June to September

NB — this is for short term accom only! We're 3 girls looking for a housemate to fill up this room ASAP as our previous flatmate moved out. There is a few months remaining in the contract (until the end of September) and the rent is £525, plus £125 bills :) If you’re a female between the ages on 21-28 and interested please contact!

It's a lovely house with a garden, 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen. There is a lot of storage space and it's a 10-15 minute walk, or 2 minutes to the bus stop which goes to the Hendon Central tube station which is on the Edgware branch of the Northern line. It's 20 minutes on the tube to Central London.

We're 2 minutes away from co-op, a natural foods market and some local fast food places. There's a gym 5 minutes walking distance with access to different sporting facilities as well as classes (we go for Zumba together most Mondays).

We're quite a social house and spend a lot of time with each other whether that's going out, or staying in, but also enjoy personal time. We're looking for a professional who likes living in a social environment and wants to make some new friends. We're very clean and cautious of our space and would like someone who fits that criteria.

The house is fitted with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Bills usually fluctuate around £125 a month (this includes council tax, water, gas, electricity and broadband). Our landlady is lovely and very hands on with any issues we have. There will likely be a deposit of a few weeks rent depending on how long you stay
