Hello There,

I am moving out of the UK and my large double room became available in a cozy flatshare :)

The flat is located less than 5 minutes from Hendon Central station (Northern Line), which takes you to the city centre in only 20 minutes.

The room is extensive - with big windows, it's fully furnished including a double bed, double wardrobe, and chest of drawers, tv stand, coffee table, 2 x working desks.

Currently, the flat is shared with four other girls, one Hungarian, two Bulgarians and one Romanian.

Common areas include a dining area with dining table and chairs, a fully fitted kitchen with storage, and bathroom with a separate toilet.

There's a Tesco and a Sainsbury's just a couple of minutes away as well as Brent Cross Shopping Centre.

We are looking for a like-minded girl to join our household, who is reliable and a responsible flatmate with common sense and respect for other people`s space. We are a quiet household (no parties) but we do enjoy each others company from time to time.

Please note the room is for single-occupancy only.

The costs of the room:
£552 pcm + utility bills (Wi-Fi, gas, water, electricity and coucil tax + TV license).
£400 security deposit to be paid as you move in.

Contract is signed for one year.
The room is available from 1st June to move in.
