Double Room £635/Month + Bills

Our house is located on Watford Way near Middlesex University. Shops (Tesco/Sainsbury’s little off license across the road) are walking distance. Tube station 15 min walking distance.

It is a large size double room with built in wardrobes and furniture. Otherwise, you are welcome to bring your own bed/mattress/wardrobe/chest of drawers etc.

AVAILABILITY: From January 1st onwards

ROOM: Double bed, wardrobes

1 month rent £635 + £635 security deposit required.
Council tax is covered by the landlord.

BILLS: Additional approx. £70 per month each tenant contributes towards bills (includes WI-FI internet).

HOUSE: A basic property. A fully equipped and fitted kitchen with cooking and washing facilities including a living room and a bathroom together with WC.

REQUIREMENTS: One single person only and single occupancy.

We are looking for someone that is permanently employed, tidy, reliable, clean and friendly. Age: 20-45 preferably.

Important: No smoking allowed in the house.

LOCATION: Hendon, Watford Way. Tesco is 5 minutes away, Off License is just across the road, bus stops are 1 minute away (113, 113N and 186 buses). Travelling to central London only 20-30 min by Northern Line.

HOUSEMATES: 2 male 35 years old. Nice sociable people. :)
